184mm (7.25″) Single disc Clutch Kit for PSA TU5 Engines
Applications
This clutch kit with flywheel is designed for Peugeot – Citroën 1.6L 16v TU5J engines found in:
- Peugeot 106 with MA and BE gearboxes.
- Citroën Saxo with MA and BE gearboxes.
- Peugeot 206 with MA and BE gearboxes.
- Citroën C2 VTS 1.6L 16v with MA and BE gearboxes.
Note: Also matches with Sadev sequential gearbox from C2 R2 Max and other sequential gearboxes found in the market
Additionally, it may also be compatible with smaller TU engines. Feel free to contact us—we’ll be happy to assist you in verifying the measurements and fitment.

Why does this matter?
⚠ Many flywheels wear quickly, especially the starter motor ring gear, when used in high-compression engines.
⚠ A higher HRC value means increased resistance to wear, ensuring longer service life & greater reliability.
Note: Our flywheels are virtually unbreakable, highly resistant to wear, and come with a 1-year warranty for motorsport use against material or manufacturing defects—with no mileage limit!
CLUTCH COVER:
✅Material: Forged 6061-T6 aluminum with Electroless Plating Coating for:
- Enhanced hardness & wear resistance
- Improved corrosion resistance
✅ The legs are equipped with metal rivets for increased durability.
✅ The tightening torque for the clutch cover to flywheel screws (M8x1.25 grade 12.9) is 40Nm.
TOP/PRESSURE PLATE:
✅ Material: Forged chromoly steel, ensuring maximum performance and longevity.
SINTERED CLUTCH DISC — Ø184 mm (7.25″)
✅ Sintered friction material with our proprietary blend of sintered metal compounds and engineered with precise manufacturing tolerances.

✅ Forged chromoly steel hubs with induction hardening and 21mm x 18T spline. (Also available 24.15mm x 21T for Sman gearboxes, 7/8″(22.23mm) x 20T for Sadev C2 R2 Max gearbox, and custom spline upon request.)
